And there are the top 5 richest Indians who have risen through the ranks and made it into the Forbes Edition.

1.       Mukesh Ambani

Mukesh Ambani has been assigned to the #1 position. He is an Indian businessman who joined the Forbes Edition of the world's top 8 real-time billionaires with a total real-time net worth of up to $84 billion.  In addition, Ambani is successful being the richest businessman in Asia after he shifted that position from Gautam Adani with a total real-time net worth of up to $68B. As the richest Asian, he is a founder and chairman of Reliance Industries which has interests in petrochemicals, oil and gas, telecom, and retail with reliance Industries generating $104 billion in revenue.

2.       Shiv Nadar

Shiv Nadar is a wealthy Indian businessman with a real-time net worth of up to $25 billion. Nadar is the fifty-seventh wealthiest person in the world according to real-time billionaire Forbes Edition. He is a co-founder of HCL IT in India, which specializes in the development of calculators and microprocessors. HCL Technologies is now the largest software services firm, with $11.8 billion in revenue.

3.       Cyrus Poonawalla

Cyrus Poonawalla is a successful Indian businessman with an estimated net worth of $19.1 billion. He is the eighty-first wealthiest person in the world according to real-time billionaire Forbes Edition. In 1966, he established the Serum Institute of India, which grew into the world's largest vaccine manufacturer. His institute manufactures about 1.5 billion doses of vaccinations, including those against polio, influenza, and measles. Lakshmi Mittal is the eighty-ninth wealthiest person in the world according to real-time billionaire Forbes Edition with a total net worth of up to $17.6B. Mittal serves as the chairman of ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steel and mining company, with $76.6 billion in revenue. That’s why Lakshmi Mittal is well-known across the globe as a successful businessman in the steel industry.

5.       Savitri Jindal & Family

Jindal family is the ninety-seventh wealthiest person in the world according to real-time billionaire Forbes Edition. She has a total net worth of up to $16.5B. Savitri Jindal is a founder of the Jindal Group interested in steel, power, cement, and infrastructure. Likewise, her biggest assets are overseen by JSW Steel.
